LEDA Virtual Job Fair

 

Employers interested in posting their job openings on the LEDA Virtual job fair (at no cost) can send job description, qualifications, and application method to LEDA's Director of Workforce Development by email.


In addition to posting your vacancies on LEDA's website, positions are also distributed to a network of workforce centers and educational institutions as appropriate.





Position: Customer Support Engineer (Perficient)

      We are seeking Customer Support Engineers to help customers who use our Clarity Connect contact center product, by answering questions about functionality, installation, and configuration, providing training and walkthroughs on product features, and resolving technical issues. We are looking for people who love talking to a variety of people and working with creativity and persistence to find solutions to their problems.

The ideal candidate for this position is highly motivated by the experience of helping people solve technical problems and get better use out of complex software, learning new technical skills and researching solutions using a variety of sources in order to do so.

      • A great communicator, whether in person, on the phone, or in writing
      • Motivated by the opportunity to help people solve problems
      • Interested in spending the majority of your day talking to customers and helping them use and troubleshoot our software
      • A quick and self-directed learner, excited about learning new things
      • Persistent and creative at finding solutions on your own; someone who can use online help, Google searches, and trial and error to figure out a problem you haven’t encountered before
      • Organized and reliable at completing assigned tasks on time
      • Generally comfortable with technology and operating complex computer software

     

    Entry-level candidates are welcome; we will train you on the technology if you have the right interests, qualities, and are motivated to learn.
