LEDA Virtual Job Fair

 

Employers interested in posting their job openings on the LEDA Virtual job fair (at no cost) can send job description, qualifications, and application method to LEDA's Director of Workforce Development by email.


In addition to posting your vacancies on LEDA's website, positions are also distributed to a network of workforce centers and educational institutions as appropriate.





Position: Lafayette Onshore Delivery Center Operations (CGI)

     

Principle responsibilities include:

• Project recruiting, ramp up, delivery and transition over the lifecycle of multiple client engagements

• Support day to day operational aspects including grant and financial reporting data calls, logistics for member placement and orientation

• Support for CGI proposal development, conveying value proposition, writing and reviewing proposal materials related to our onshore team

• Develop, implement and execute efficient financial, utilization and grant reporting strategies regarding our onshore center and digital services team

• Manage and execute on data calls related to member utilization, tax credit processes, operational grant cycles, recruiting and space utilization

• Proactively identify areas of improvement related to efficiencies in processes

• Multi-task across multiple organizational roles, models and teams - have the ability to rapidly switch context, operate in a rapidly changing environment and have the ability to navigate ambiguity with ease.

• Support community engagement efforts in areas such as STEM education

• Navigate a complex organizational structure across multiple Business Units and business models, across both federal and non-federal customer teams

Qualifications:

• Experience in internal operations of IT consulting firms within the state or federal market.

• Experience in operational management, marketing and business development

• Experience in managing project pipelines, staffing, and operational details associated with supporting large IT and BPS Consulting organizations

• Demonstrated experience in creating and managing process standards and best practices for the IT consulting teams

• Ability to facilitate collaboration meetings with geographically distributed account teams with the ability to navigate conflicting priorities and constraints, while still having the ability to meet business objectives

• Demonstrated experience in working successfully with peers, customers, and internal and external stakeholders, to build the relationships and consensus required to achieve desired results

• Ability to compile operational reports but more importantly to assess this operational data, identify patterns, trends and indices that can lead to continual improvement of operations.

• Bachelor degree in relevant business or technical discipline or at least 5 years of experience supporting an IT organization of a similar size.

Due to the nature of government requirements, US citizenship is required
