LEDA Virtual Job Fair

 

Employers interested in posting their job openings on the LEDA Virtual job fair (at no cost) can send job description, qualifications, and application method to LEDA's Director of Workforce Development by email.


In addition to posting your vacancies on LEDA's website, positions are also distributed to a network of workforce centers and educational institutions as appropriate.





Position: AOC CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

     

We are looking who possesses the following qualities:  friendliness, detail-oriented, reliable, takes initiative, exhibits excellent verbal and written community skills, takes constructive direction from other staff members, multi-tasking and works well with AOC members/visitors.

  • Serve as the first impression of the organization to customers in lobby
  • Provide and monitor access to facilities for members, volunteers, users, guest.
  • Provide information to callers, public and customers
  • Greet persons entering organization
  • Give walk-in tours to inquiries
  • Deal with queries from the public
  • Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization for availability
  • Monitor member and visitor access and maintain security awareness
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Prepare member correspondence and documents
  • Control inventory relevant to reception area
  • Maintain the reception area
  • Data Entry
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner, answer their questions, and put in contact with relevant personnel and/or other resources. 
  • Answer phones, emails and return voicemails within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Greet and engage volunteers for daily newspaper reading. Maintain volunteer schedule. Schedule staff as needed. 
  • Encouraged to attend all workshops offered by AOC Community to gain knowledge of equipment and to answer general questions posed by customers

 

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of basic administrative and clerical procedures
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Professional attire and grooming
  • Will to learn new computer program (Facil) for maintaining customer records
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, College Course Work or Degree Preferred

    Proficient Typing Skills and General Knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel
