About this Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and dependable Central Logistics Coordinator in New Iberia, LA. The Central Logistics Coordinator is a position responsible for the coordination, sourcing, and transportation of equipment and parts; assisting with inventory control and reporting; responding to customer concerns; documentation and adherence of customs compliance regulations and supporting field operations.

Your key responsibilities:
We’re Dynamic & Innovative. In an ever-changing business you will be nimble in seizing opportunities to pioneer effective ways to meet and exceed your responsibilities:
• Coordination of fleet to ensure customer orders are fulfilled regionally
• Assist in coordination of fleet to ensure large project orders are fulfilled
• Develop, lead and assist field logistic coordinators
• Assist in training and development of field logistic coordinators
• Provide timely and appropriate feedback to field logistics coordinators
• Provide timely and appropriate feedback to service center managers on respective logistics coordinator performance
• Coordinate freight vendors transporting equipment to ensure timely cost-effective delivery, negotiate pricing as necessary
• Handle incoming customer calls to address transportation, service, or contract issues
• Provide timely review of logistics related paperwork to determination eligibility for billing as needed
• Provide freight cost estimates for proposals and contracts
• Is an integral part of the disaster response team and can assist in any logistical roles as needed
• Develop, assist, and/or report on key performance indicators in regards to North America Logistics Operation
• Maintain and provide records of equipment inventory
• Manage and maintain monthly fleet reporting statistics, presentations and reports
• Provide, maintain and record documents pertaining to importation or exportation of goods in accordance with all US state and federal regulations and in accordance with Aggreko Central Logistics Operation Procedures
• Process purchasing transactions for freight, fuel and other items as needed
• Assist on management of National freight vendors
