About this Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and dependable Repair Planner in New Iberia, LA. Reporting directly to the Central Repair Manager, the Repair Planner is responsible for coordinating and tracking movement of assets and components into/out of Central Repair; working closely with Lead Techs on repair scheduling; ordering parts as directed by the shop Lead Techs; assisting in resolving parts issues; responding to current and urgent parts needs by the Technicians.

  Your key responsibilities:
We’re Dynamic & Innovative. In an ever-changing business you will be nimble in seizing opportunities to pioneer effective ways to meet and exceed your responsibilities:
• Tracking the movement of assets into and out of Repair.
• Maintain a log of Central Repair requests that are pending approval.
• Track and report status of repairs. Communicate repair forecast and completion to Fleet Planners.
• Coordinate and track movement of components to and from vendors and arrange freight, as needed.
• Coordinate part and component repair and delivery schedule to meet the needs of the repair schedule and keep the Central Repair team informed. Participate in repair scheduling.
• Locate/order parts, supplies and services from internal and external sources to fulfill orders.
• Maintain and provide accurate records of equipment and parts inventory.
• As needed, process paperwork and data entry in various areas such as service documentation, purchasing, and fleet status.
• Adhere to safe operating practices and quality standards
• Monthly report of NAM fleet at Central Repair status.
• Complete monthly Fleet Verification.
• Responsible for all Trailer related tasks: inspections, paperwork, repair completions.

Desired Skills:


We’re Experts. You’ll have the following experience:
• High School diploma/ GED or equivalent years of relevant experience and/or training
• 3 years of experience and knowledge in a generator and/or OFA repair and/or parts environment
• Experience working with Aggreko’s M3 system or similar ERP system is a plus
• PC literacy in a Microsoft environment with great attention to excel skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional and proficient interpersonal and teamwork skills
• High level of self-motivation, energy and resourcefulness
• Ability to prioritize and respond with a sense of urgency
• Professional and effective communication skills with people at various organizational levels
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced stressful environment
• Skilled at multitasking
• Ability to be resourceful
• Detail oriented
