Position Description:

• As an Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML) Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge AI and ML solutions to address complex business problems.
• You will lead a team of engineers and data scientists to develop innovative algorithms, models, and systems that drive business growth and efficiency.
• Your expertise in AI and ML technologies will be essential in guiding the architecture, development, and deployment of scalable and robust AIML solutions.
• This is a hybrid role requiring two days per week in any CGI office, and candidates must be willing to work Eastern Time Zone hours.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-level architectural frameworks for AI and ML solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Lead the design and development of advanced machine learning models to solve business challenges, leveraging techniques such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Evaluate new AI and ML technologies, frameworks, and tools to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in existing systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize projects, and drive successful implementation of AIML solutions.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and efficiency, considering factors such as computational resources, latency, and memory constraints.
• Work closely with Data Scientist, ML & data engineers to ensure the availability, quality, and relevance of data for training and evaluation of AI and ML models.
• Lead the deployment of AIML solutions into production environments, integrating with existing systems and processes while ensuring security, reliability, and maintainability.
• Document architectural designs, algorithms, models, and implementation details, and effectively communicate technical concepts and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Proven experience 10 years in designing and implementing AI and ML solutions, with a focus on architecting scalable systems.
• Expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including object-oriented design, design patterns, and software architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence technical decisions.
• Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field; Master's preferred.
