Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer phone calls and emails
  • Work with customers to test, troubleshoot, and repair equipment
  • Lifting on a regular basis to crate and uncrate shipments
  • Establish relationships with inside specialists and experts to ensure an integrated experience for customers
  • Capture customer information and utilize intelligence in Salesforce.
  • Flexibility with work schedule, tasks, and assignments.
  • Flexible travel schedule, some overnight travel  
  • Drive company van
  • Travel (primarily via driving with some flying involved) to current and prospective customers’ locations


Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record, including drug screen and background check
  • Excellent communication skills via telephone, email, and in-person conversation
  • Customer centric with an ability to quickly recognize and address customer service and experience challenges.
  • Ability to multitask and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Technically and mechanically inclined with the ability to learn/understand circuitry and mechanics
  • Coachable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to operate a forklift
  • Previous technician experience
