Welcome Realtors!

The Lafayette Economic Development Authority (LEDA) works very closely with the Acadiana commercial real estate community. We value the impact and insight the agents have on the area and provide services to assist in their efforts.

Register with LEDA to be notified of upcoming projects, new services, and to receive requests for properties by emailing our Business Development Department. Don't forget about our Researchers in the Information Services department who are ready and willing and to tailor any data to fill your specific request by providing you with the following information:

Please keep in touch and let us know how LEDA can Work for You!

Property Marketing

LEDA provides information on available properties in the area. We enable clients to browse our commercial properties for their expansion or new business venture. Our database is populated with properties presented to us by you, the commercial real estate agent.

This system allows us to respond to our clients' requests in a timely manner, and assist you in marketing your listing. As a courtesy, we create a marketing flyer for each property submitted. That flyer will then be provided to you - complete with a photograph of the site (or aerial view), an aerial photo, and a relational map to show where the site is in the parish. Each property flyer will contain your contact information so prospective buyers can contact you directly.

LEDA is constantly taking your information and preparing marketing pieces on the sites that you provide to us for any possible projects or companies that are looking to locate within Lafayette Parish. Our Business Development Team works closely with the Acadiana Economic Development Council, who also documents and prepares the information that you deliver for properties that are outside of Lafayette but within the six parish region of Acadiana. Together, we will soon have access to view and add your sites to a new Property Database that will be utilized by Louisiana Economic Development. This means great efforts will be taken in order to market the properties you are representing in local, regional, and state initiatives. LEDA and AEDC are excited about having the opportunity to continue to be the conduit between your work and the state's efforts.
