LEDA greatly appreciates your interest in the LEDA Job Fair. Currently, demand for exhibit space at the 2008 LEDA Job Fair has exceeded capacity. All applications received at this time will be treated as "wait list" applications. Cancellations and booth forfeitures do occur and will be filled from our wait list; unfortunately, we cannot provide you with specific information as to when or if space may become available. If space is canceled or forfeited, we practice the following procedure in the re-assignment of space.

  • Applications are date and time stamped upon receipt
  • A "wait list" confirmation is sent to the applicant.
  • If space becomes available, applicants are contacted in the order received until the space is accepted.
  • EXCEPTION: "Wait list" applicants will not be offered open space next to or near competing companies with similar products or services. If you have submitted a fax or electronic application without advance payment, you may use the early bird booth fee, but hold on to the check until you know whether or not there will be an available booth. I have already had one cancellation so it is not inconceivable that a space may become available—but it may be last minute, or even the morning of. Booths that are not set up by 8:30 a.m. the day of the job fair are subject to forfeiture, and in that instance, I will contact any wait-listed businesses that have not yet been accommodated in the order received. You may wish to provide additional contact information, such as cell phone number, to ensure that I am able to contact you. Thank you again for your interest in the 2008 LEDA Job Fair.

Ryan LaGrange, Director of Workforce Development
