• You will work in our proprietary 3D software to create one-of-a-kind CAD designs for digital manufacturing.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop unique and innovative jewelry designs using CAD software, based on customer specifications and design briefs.
• Ensure that all designs meet quality, accuracy, and manufacturing feasibility standards, paying close attention to detail.
• Work closely with team members, including other designers, gemologists, and manufacturing staff, to ensure seamless workflow and successful design outcomes.
• Communicate directly with customers to understand their design preferences, provide design updates, and address any concerns or modifications.
• Stay abreast of current trends in jewelry design, technology, and manufacturing processes to ensure designs are innovative and competitive.
• Have a strong understanding of jewelry manufacturing processes, materials, and gemstone settings to create designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and feasible to produce..
• Manage workload efficiently to meet project deadlines and ensure timely delivery of designs to customers and production teams.
• Seek opportunities for professional development and improvement in CAD skills, design techniques, and industry knowledge to enhance design capabilities and stay competitive in the field.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. 
• Proficiency in CAD software, with a strong ability to create complex 3D designs.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure designs meet quality and accuracy standards.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate unique and innovative design concepts.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate with customers.
• Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Ability to identify and solve design-related problems effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or certification in jewelry design, CAD/CAM technology, or a related field is preferred.
