Knowledge and operation of all jewelry processes and equipment associated with finishing and/or mass media finishing of precious metals jewelry.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Compliance with all occupational safety rules, regulations, training and records as required by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the Louisiana Department of Labor and Stuller, Inc.
Learn to operate and maintain multiple pieces of automatic and manual equipment that pertain to the production of wedding bands.
Cross train in areas needed to fill seasonal demand.
Provide input on doing the job more efficiently and effectively.
Maintain accountability of WIP jobs.
Work in a safety conscious manner at all times.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
Maintain an organized work area.
Posalux Machines and Autolathes
Beginning to Manual machining Processes.
Additional Cross training required to move to next level.
