Description:

• The role of a Shipping Confirmer is to be responsible for scanning, grouping, & confirming customer orders to be shipped.
• You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will need to maintain a required accuracy of 99.99%.
• You will be receiving and processing orders in our Oracle Computer Base Tracking System.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Scan bar code on filler label that is applied to customer product
• Sort product lines into bins
• Confirm customer orders
• Pack customer orders
• Maintain required accuracy
• Ability to confirm 250 orders per 4 hour shift
• Required to complete computer-based training periodically
• Required to check your Stuller corporate email account to attain and communicate important company information

Qualifications:

Skills:

• Proficient in number accuracy
• Able to stand for 4 to 6 hours
• Proficient in reading and following instructions
• Must be able to work at a fast pace
• Basic computer skills, able to move batches through Oracle Tracking System
• Flexibility with work hours

Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
